Trip postponement and cancelation policies

  1. If the trip is canceled 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  2. If the trip is canceled less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.
  3. In case of cancelation of the activities and/or meals mentioned in the program, no refund of individual items will be issued.



  • The company has the right to cancel the booking in case the customer does not pay the service fee on the required date and time.
  • During the trip, the company will not take any responsibility for missing items,  theft, and accidents occurred from not following the staff’s instructions. 
  • The company will not be responsible for delay of flight, natural disasters, flight cancelations, strikes, protests, and other circumstances that are beyond the company's responsibility.
  • Please study the itinerary, terms of service, policies, and remarks/notes before booking trips. Once the payment has been made, the company will assume that you agreed and accepted all terms of service and conditions. 
  • Program is to be changed. If any problems occur, Local Alike will adjust the trip in order to provide everyone with the best authentic and meaningful experience.
